Any producer/consumer can visit this website through a computer with internet connection or can call up on telephone to place his/her offer. He/she is required to give details about the inquiry made by them to be recorded in the database and for display.

For those who would like to access through Telephone Call, user will have to first establish his/her identity. Complete voice communication for telephone call based users will be recorded as a proof for future confirmation.

On review of these details and depending upon the suitability of offer/inquiry, a member can send an e-mail through this platform. Each e-mail is also charged for per e-mail basis at pre-decided rates.

This exchange of communication can help buyer/seller to establish their own direct relationships between them.
