Use Based Fee for Services:
For every category and type of member, the fee for membership is directly linked to the use made by the member. This means that any member, once becomes a subscriber by paying an initial amount, would be entitled to use various services available on the platform. All these services have pre-defined norms for cost versus use. Every time a member makes one use of any service, he is paying only for that one time use. This also means that even if a member has paid any advance amount, his entire balance is available for use to him. It is almost like a Cash Card, without any processing fee.
Initially all the Buyers and Sellers are offered FREE membership for 90 days.
Multi-Channel Access:
Every member will have direct access to this platform through an internet connected computer. In addition, members can also access this platform through telephone. For this purpose, a member can opt for this facility. In addition to the normal fee payable for different services, 10 percent extra fee will be charged. Attempt is also being made to set up internet kiosks (either new or through authorization of existing such service providers). Any member accessing services on this platform through this mode will need to pay 15 percent extra fee.

Scalable Use and Flexible Pricing:
All the members, are eligible for flexible pricing for the fee payable by them for the services offered on this platform. The fee for every service is divided into different slabs and depending upon the usages, the rates are discounted with increasing number of use.

Payment Options
The system hardware and software has been designed in such a way that the service used by a member is automatically recorded for calculation of fee payable by him/her.
