Complaints Handling

This platform being developed to serve multiple stakeholders, also expects some amount of complaints being made by the members as well as general visitors to this site.
To address all the complaints, a mechanism has been put in place to address these complaints.
To register a complaint, a complainant will have to first of all record his complaint in the Complaint Handling Section on this site.
All recorded complaints will be listed for further action.
The outcome of the complaints and Action Taken Reports (ATRs) will also be displayed in the complaint handling section.
